Publics Services+

The CNAC is joining the Service Public + initiative

Through its remit and activities, the CNAC fulfils a public service role and, in its capacity as a state-run organisation, is committed to the ‘Public Services+’ initiative.

Public Services+ is a programme for the continuous improvement of public services led by the Ministry of Transformation and the Civil Service, which aims to offer users services that are ever more accessible, simpler and more efficient through nine commitments:

Closer to the public
1. To welcome all members of the public with courtesy and kindness, in a spirit of mutual respect, and, in accordance with the law, to recognise everyone’s right to make mistakes
2. To be contactable by telephone or in person, and to facilitate online procedures
3. Offer support tailored to each individual situation

More efficient
4. Easily direct users to the person best placed to handle their enquiry
5. Respond to enquiries within the stated timeframes and provide updates on the progress of their case
6. Publish the results of public services with full transparency

Simpler
7. Take the public’s views into account to improve and simplify procedures
8. Continuously develop our skills and strive for continuous improvement
9. Adopt an environmentally responsible approach

Like all other ministries, the Ministry of Higher Education and Research is committed to this drive for the transformation of public administration and high standards of quality, whilst taking into account all the specific characteristics of higher education institutions and the particular nature of the relationships developed there with students.
