Our recruitment process

As we pay particular attention to all applications, we have implemented a recruitment process that ensures equal opportunities from the publication of job advertisements right through to our response to candidates.

Our job advertisements are designed to ensure that potential candidates have all the information they need before applying. The role’s responsibilities, technical skills and soft skills are explained in detail.

Our team carefully reviews all applications received and conducts an initial telephone interview to verify that the candidate meets the role’s requirements.
If a candidate’s profile is shortlisted, they are invited to an initial interview with the department manager and a member of the HR team. Recruitment is based on an interview framework that focuses solely on the skills and personal qualities required for the role, in order to distinguish between candidates whilst ensuring equal opportunities.

The final stage involves a second interview with members of senior management to assess the candidate’s suitability for the organisation. 
At the end of the process, a standard response is sent to all candidates by our partners (Profil Culture, Pôle Emploi, APEC, etc.) or by our teams.
