Gender equality

Indicators aimed at accelerating economic and professional equality, known as the ‘Rixain Act’, for the 2024–2025 academic year:

1. Proportion of female applicants for entry to programmes leading to a state-recognised higher education qualification
For the 2024 entrance examination (2024–2025 academic year), out of 114 first-year students, 64% were women, amounting to 64 female students.

2. Proportion of women enrolled on programmes leading to a state-recognised higher education qualification
Out of a total of 49 enrolled students, 49% were women, 24 female students.

3. Proportion of women and men among students receiving means-tested grants
Out of 15 grant recipients:

  • The proportion of women is 40 %, or 6 female students.
  • The proportion of men is 60 %, or 9 male students.

9. Proportion of women who found employment one year after obtaining a state-recognised higher education qualification
For the 35th cohort of the CNAC (the most recent to graduate to date):

  • Out of 8 female graduates, 5 found employment, representing 62.50 %
  • 3 did not find employment, representing 37.50 per cent.

10. Average salary of women and men twenty-four months after obtaining a state-recognised higher education qualification
