Inbal was born on a winter night in 1990 in Jerusalem and grew up among the landscapes of Israel.

Closely connected to the earth and nature, she felt the call of height from a very early age. In art, she found her escape—her way of expressing herself and being who she is. After studying theatre, dance, drawing, and creative writing, she graduated from high school with a focus on Cinema and Visual Arts.

Her life changed when she discovered circus in 2004, first with the “Free Dome Project” and later with “Cirque Shabazy.” Her desire for elevation and physical expression led her to specialize in the fixed trapeze and, later, to dedicate herself to the vertical minimalism of aerial rope.

In 2011, following her civil service, Inbal left her homeland to pursue her artistic path in France. She deepened her research through significant encounters and attended various professional and artistic programs: first at Piste d’Azur, the regional circus arts center in the PACA region, and then at the National Centre for Circus Arts (CNAC) in Châlons-en-Champagne.

Inbal has taken part in numerous performances in France and abroad, including The Hanged World by Ensemble Shabazy, Somewhere and Nowhere (2013) by Cie On and Archaos, and Racine(s) (2016) with L’Attraction Compagnie, among others. In parallel, she has developed a therapeutic circus pedagogy and works in various contexts in Israel and France.

At the crossroads of performing and visual arts, Inbal constantly experiments with the outcomes of her research, inspired by the human connection made possible through stage and ring. Her work aims to create powerful encounters between artists and audiences, between intimacy and spectacle, between here and elsewhere.
