Laetitia Lecuyer

Laëtitia is a yoga teacher and shiatsu practitioner, specialising in movement guidance and the development of body awareness.

She works with movement artists, people with disabilities, and anyone wishing to explore and refine the way they move and breathe. She offers a cross-disciplinary approach combining different forms of yoga (dynamic, functional, yin, restorative, inversions), somatic practices and manual therapy.

Her approach is grounded in a detailed understanding of applied anatomy and the observation of movement. Through the use of teaching aids such as skeletons and palpatory anatomy, she guides each individual to refine their body awareness, better understand their movement patterns and develop their potential.

She guides living bodies towards improved mobility, coordination and breathing, by cultivating a sensitive awareness of the body, both in movement and at rest.

Her ongoing research and training in movement, yoga, anatomy and shiatsu inform a constantly evolving practice, dedicated to precise, embodied and accessible teaching.

As a teacher, she shares a practice that is both challenging and inclusive, ranging from dynamic movement to more passive and restorative approaches, incorporating a living exploration of anatomy.

She has a particular interest in physical and mental health, as well as in processes of recovery and regeneration.
