Public Services+
Through its activities, training programmes, resources and research, the CNAC fulfils a public service remit and, in its capacity as a state-run organisation, is committed to the ‘Public Services+’ initiative.
For public services that are more accessible, simpler and more efficient
For several years now, government departments have been working to improve the way they welcome their users.
It is in order to further improve the quality of the service provided and build users’ trust that this initiative has been further developed since 2021, as part of an integrated programme called Public Services+.
In particular, the way user feedback is taken into account has reached a new stage, with users now able to share their experiences of public services and put forward suggestions for improvement.
