They inspired his dreams
First and foremost, the magic of his friends at Cirque Plume, who were the first to fill his earliest childhood with their poetry. And then, the charm and intelligence of Charlie Chaplin, the passion and outbursts of Frank Lepage, the expressive physicality of Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui’s dance, the versatility of the wonderful James Thierrée… and so many others who, too, have transcended humanity to offer an exquisite distillation of it!
They shaped him
First, the gymnastics club competitions for floor and trampoline acrobatics, as well as the advanced programs at the Conservatories of Besançon and Lyon for classical music and contemporary dance. And then, the National School of Circus Arts in Rosny-sous-Bois (ENACR) to continue his dance-acrobatics with renewed vigor, specializing in the Cyr wheel; the National Center for Circus Arts (CNAC) in Châlons-en-Champagne to further his exploration of the performing arts; the National Conservatory of Dramatic Arts (CNSAD) in Paris to hone her acting skills... and so many sublime encounters with teachers and artists, particularly within these institutions that truly make them excellent places for passing on knowledge!
