Simon was born in the summer of 1993 and spent the early years of his life in the countryside, watching his brothers and sisters grow up. At age 7, he encountered a traveling circus and worked with them at his school for two weeks. Afterward, Simon and his friends decided to join the recreational program at the National Circus School of Châtellerault. There, he learned the basics of the teeterboard and Russian swing before enrolling in the circus program at that high school.
Simon grew and developed his skills, particularly on the Washington trapeze, which he practiced for the two years leading up to his high school graduation.
In 2011, Simon came of age and enrolled at the National Center for Circus Arts (CNAC), where he continued his training on the Washington trapeze.
