Silvana was born in the city of Rancagua, Chile. From a very young age, she developed a strong aptitude for physical performance and interpretation.

After high school, she enrolled at the Dance School of the University of Arcis in Santiago, while increasingly becoming interested in circus arts.

She then joined the experimental dance company “I.D.E.a.”, but eventually became more involved with the circus company “Balance.” With this troupe, she began working in a traditional circus setting. Gradually, Silvana proved herself and took part in various circus performances.

Her talent for this art form—and particularly for aerial silks—quickly developed. She then decided to continue her training abroad.

In 2016, she participated in the entrance audition for the National Centre for Circus Arts (CNAC) in Châlons-en-Champagne. At the same time, Silvana was invited to perform as an aerial artist at the inauguration of the Gotthard Base Tunnel in Switzerland.

These two events marked her arrival in Europe, and she joined CNAC directly in the third year of training. There, she continued to refine her study of body and movement, using dance to enrich her research around aerial silks practice.
