Of Afro-American and Portuguese origin, Ricardo was born on July 3, 1994 in Portugal.
Very early on, he developed a passion for circus and performing arts.
He began his preparatory circus training in Switzerland, alongside his architecture studies, at the school Lezarti’cirque. This training allowed him to explore multiple disciplines, one of which particularly stood out to him: juggling.
At the age of 21, after obtaining his diploma as an architectural draftsman, he chose to continue his training as a juggler at the École de cirque de Lyon.
For two years, he deepened his physical and acrobatic research through juggling practice.
In 2018, he joined the DNSP2 program at the Centre national des arts du cirque.
