Born in Switzerland in August 1997, Kim discovered circus arts at an early age through various schools and took part in numerous festivals across Europe. She practices several circus disciplines and begins to focus in particular on the technique of the Cyr wheel.

At the same time, she chooses to dedicate herself to another artistic form: clothing design and creation. After completing her studies at the sewing school in Lausanne, she joins the FLIC Scuola di Circo.

During her training, she participates in several performances such as Agréable, directed by Pierre Rigal, and Alea, directed by Roberto Magro, before joining the Centre national des arts du cirque, specializing in the Cyr wheel.

She seeks to find rotation from stillness, bringing contrast by working with an almost immobile wheel, exploring pauses and suspended forms.

Inspired by puppetry arts, Kim begins to intertwine her two artistic passions: tailoring and circus. In her work, she reflects on costume creation and its importance in staging circus forms.

She takes part in the repertoire revival of Fournaise, directed by Gilles Cailleau, at the CNAC as well as at the CIRCa Festival in Auch. She illustrates the rehearsals of Fournaise through drawings that are later published in the CNAC book Lettre à de jeunes poètes (2020).

As a costume designer for the show Searching for John by Cie La Frontera, Kim begins to bring her reflections and creative universe into the performing arts field.
