Shortly after his birth, Fraser Borwick and his family moved from England to Australia.
After completing his High School Certificate, and despite being firmly set on becoming a doctor, his ambitions shifted dramatically during his first year at university.
He then decided to leave his Australian adolescence behind and begin a journey that would help him discover who he truly was. A series of chance encounters and simply being “in the right place at the right time” triggered a chain of events that awakened him to a new passion: circus.
Fraser went on to join the National Centre for Circus Arts (formerly Circus Space) in London, where he earned his Foundation Degree.
There, he met students from the National Centre for Circus Arts (CNAC) in Châlons-en-Champagne, who were taking part in an exchange program between the two institutions. From that moment on, he knew the next stage of his journey had begun.
