Writing one's circus is an educational exercise that marks a key stage in the students' journey at the end of their second year of training.
Each student is invited to sketch out the beginnings of their circus, imagining a circus dramaturgy that reflects their identity, desires, and artistic sensibility. This work concludes two years of teaching in dramaturgy with a practical application.
Supported by the teaching team, this exercise takes the form of a series of individual acts, a real trial run before the third year and its escapades.
A performance open to the public will take place under the big top 29 at La Marnaise, as part of the Furies festival.
