A monumental mural at La Marnaise
Unveiled last Friday, the new mural at the La Marnaise site transforms nearly 2 000 m² into a committed work of art.
With every major urban project, a contemporary artistic creation is added to enrich public space. The city of Châlons-en-Champagne continues this approach trough its "One project, one artwork" initiative by creating a monumental mural beneath the averpass at the La Marnaise site.
This project isp art of the "One project, one artwork" programme, which allocates 2 % of its budget to the protection of the black bee in Champagne, highlighting a string commitment to biodiversity.
A powerful gesture, both for art and for biodiversity.
Entitled "Let the show begin", the mural was created by the Stom500 collective, Frank Lippo and Christine Séjean.
