2025 Team seminar
A look back at our annual team seminar, where we took the time to reflect collectively on how to improve the flow of information in our projects, fostering smoother and more effective collaboration.
Program of the day:
• Strategic session & immersive whorkshop: We kiched off with a strategic meeting followed by a playful, immersive workshop based on an offbeat fictional scenario "Pink mission: survive the chewing-gum invasion!" to experiment with the challenges and drivers of successful inter-team communication.
• Venue: The welcoming Best Western Le Relais du Vigneron in Vertus, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, providing the perfect setting to combine reflection and conviviality.
• Team-building afternoon: A treasure hunt in the heart of Vertus, organized by Sourire&Co. offered a string moment to develop listening, coordination and mutual support among colleagues amidst the Champagne vineyards.
• Closing moments: A visit to a passionate grower and winemaker at Champagne Charles Pougeoise, followed by a convivial end-of-day gathering with employees and students around games and exchanges. The dinner was organized by SOLEA; outdoor games were provided by JOSALI; badminton nets lent by Gym espoir; and setup assistance came from Association des Cités en Champagne de Prévention all contributing to a festive conclusion to the 2025 school year.
