Provision of training spaces for professional artists
One of the CNAC’s missions is to allow professional artists, both resident or based temporarily in Châlons-en-Champagne, to use its premises to train.
This provision of space applies only to circus artist training and, under no circumstances, to creation or research.
Training days and time slots
For each academic year, the CNAC sets aside weekly time slots for the provision of training spaces for professional artists.
These fixed time slots apply when the higher education establishment (ENSAC) is open. During ENSAC academic holidays, the CNAC may offer other time slots depending on availability.
School year 2022/2023
The reserved slots are:
Monday to Friday: 9 am to 1 pm
Monday, Wenesday, Thursday, Friday : 5.30 to 7.30 pm
These slots apply outside ENSAC academic holidays. The facilities will therefore be unavailable:
- from 24 October to 28 October 2022,
- from 19 December to 31 December 2022,
- from 20 February to 24 February 2023,
- from 24 April to 28 April 2023 (entrance exam),
- from 10 July 2023: summer holiday.
Making a request
If you are interested, please firstly send an email request to the CNAC Technical services / Facilities management specifying your training speciality, the requested booking period and, if applicable, what specific equipment or apparatus you will need.
Any acceptance is contractual. See all details (premises, equipment, safety, cloakroom, etc.) in the facility provision regulations below.
2022/2023 rates for the provision of training spaces for professional artists :
Weekly rate: €15
Calendar month rate: €30
Three consecutive months rate: €70
Six consecutive months rate: €90
Annual rate (school year): €150
Payment is required on signing the agreement before training commences.
Periods of three and six months may be partially postponed within the limit of the current academic year.
