Building a better future for youth is the primary and ongoing concern of the Regional Council, expressed through the entirety of its fields of action and expertise. By facilitating access for all to education, training, culture, mobility and employment, the Great East Region is focusing on its youth and working to offer it a thriving, lively territory of personal and professional fulfilment.
Within this context, the partnership with the National Centre for Circus Arts of Châlons-en-Champagne established more than fifteen years ago is a perfect example: it not only illustrates a distinct willingness to promote the professional training of young artists, primarily in the field of performing arts, but also to support the centres of artistic and cultural excellence in their regional, national and even international exposure.
